Could Alberta health premiums return?

A CBC poll suggests that 58% of Albertans would welcome a return of health premiums. Scott Hennig of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation says you might as well "Give a drunk a beer" since it is a tax that did not go to health anyway. Premier Ed Stelmach says he is glad he got rid of the health premiums and has no intentions of restoring them.
