STC needs record subsidy in 2010

The Saskatchewan Transportation Company, a crown-owned bus company, will require a $9 million subsidy in 2010. Colin Craig of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation says the provincial government should focus on health care and education and leave busing to the private sector. CTF hypocrisy

Huffing and puffing over a paltry $9 million and nary a word of criticism over $600 plus million in farm subsidies for rural conservative welfare bums. You're no more credible than your predecessors, sonny boy.

STC needs record subsidy in 2010

If busing is left for the private sector there will be many people in the small commulnities whom will not be able to get a bus ride to the city for health care, because the private buss lines would not come the all the towns now served by STC.
