Scrap the gun ban and buy back
Cassandra Parker, who owns a small business in Prince George, B.C., has launched a legal challenge in the Federal Court against the Trudeau government’s new gun buyback. She needs all the help she can get.
Thanks to the support of our donors, the Canadian Taxpayers Federation is applying for intervener status to support Cassandra’s case.
The Trudeau government’s gun ban won’t make Canadians safer, but it WILL waste hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars.
Even worse, the Trudeau government imposed these new regulations without holding a vote in Parliament.
The Canadian Coalition for Firearm Rights is launching their own legal challenge of the Trudeau gun ban and buyback.
The Canadian Taxpayers Federation wants to jump into this legal fight too, because they’re making different arguments than Cassandra, which gives us a second shot and shooting down this expensive gun ban and buyback.
The legal fees for the second challenge will be substantially less, but we need to raise $6,000 to cover our filing costs.
Can you chip in so that we can pay the lawyers and get into this fight?
