Sunira Chaudhri

Sunira is the Founder and Principal Lawyer at Workly Law. She practices employment law and represents both employer and employees with respect to wrongful terminations, executive compensation issues, constructive dismissals, partnership disputes and human rights issues. She has represented clients at the Superior Court of Justice and the Human Rights Tribunal and Human Rights Commission.

Sunira attended Osgoode Hall Law School where she obtained her J.D. She writes a weekly employment law column at the Toronto Sun, and is a radio panelist on Newstalk 1010 where she comments on employment issues, news and politics. Sunira has also previously served on the Board of Directors of the South Asian Bar Association, Toronto Chapter as Co-Chair of Advocacy in addition to several other roles focusing on community outreach and inclusivity issues in the legal profession.
