"Running on Empty, Fuming to Ottawa" Tour completes its swing across the province
Toronto: To build support for lower gasoline taxes and to return of a portion of federal gas taxes to municipalities, the Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) is driving a decorated minivan from Victoria, BC to Ottawa, Ontario. The van will be traveling through the communities of Guelph, Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Toronto, and Kingston,as well as making a stop beside the "World's Biggest Apple" in Northumberland County, before arriving in Ottawa on June 23.
