In a Regina stop with the CTF's National Debt Clock, Prairie director Colin Craig comments on the need for Ottawa to balance its budget. The federal debt is increasing at $1,400 per second. This visit was part of the CTF's National Debt Clock Tour to raise awareness of growing government debt. The tour started at Mile 0 in Victoria on February 22, 2011 and is expected to finish in Halifax, the last week of March.
