At the beginning of the year I saw Jose Canseco tweeting about the U.S. fiscal cliff situation so I emailed his agent and asked for a comment from Jose for the CTF's quarterly magazine - the Taxpayer.

His agent gave me Jose's email and told me to shoot him a note. Incredibly, not long afterwards, I got an email from Canseco with a short comment. I meant to put it in our magazine as a fun sidebar but it never did makes its way into the next issue.
