Translink will ignore fare cheaters

Would any privately owned corporation ignore fare cheaters, let alone announce it was doing so? Translink did just that when it announced it would not be enforcing fares during the Olympics. Maureen Bader, BC Director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation says Translink can ill-afford to do that, given its multimillion dollar annual losses.
